Walk For Life
It is time again for our Walk For Life event at Casey Lake Park in North St. Paul on May 18 starting at 3 p.m. Last year was a big success and fun was had by all. With two years of experience under our belt, this year's walk promises to be even better! It's easy to become involved. Just follow these simple steps:- Send in the enclosed registration form indicating you want to be involved, along with your check for $10 to cover our registration fee and life t-shirt, using the envelope provided. Make sure to indicate your t-shirt size so we can have your t-shirt ready for you when you arrive at Casey Lake. Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send you a registration packet containing a sponsor form and promotional materials.
- Using the sponsor form you will receive in your registration packet, fill in the names of your sponsors and the amount they have donated for your walk.
- We can help you get sponsors. Inside your registration packet will be a letter you can copy and send to family and friends asking for their support.
- Bring the donations with you to the park.
- Ask a friend to walk with you and request a registration packet for themselves. It's always more fun to walk with a friend.
- Send in your registrations by May 9 and join in the fun!
- Come to the park, pick up your life t-shirt, and be sure to join us for the potluck dinner following the walk.
